Tech Runs Boston/ Professional Women's
Tech Runs Boston:
Tech Runs Boston is a vibrant community hosted by MTLC for young professionals in the tech industry. Here at MTLC, we define 'young professional' as individuals under 35 who are just starting their careers in tech. These exciting events are usually hosted at Venture Cafe in the CIC building (1 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 5th floor). Separate registration is required, along with a photo ID for entry.
Professional Women's Community Events:
MTLC's Professional Women's community is open to all levels within organizations and welcomes anyone passionate about advancing women in the tech workforce. The events are held at our member company's offices, where attendees will need to present a valid proof of ID upon entry.
Registration for these events is simple and can be done through our user-friendly Luma platform.
CXO Peer Groups
Our CXO peer groups cater to CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, and CHROs. Personal invites will be sent out by MTLC and also promoted on our website and social media channels. Registering for these events is a simple process on our Luma platform.
If you're unsure whether your CXOs receive these invites, please reach out to Ruth@mtlc.co or Chris@mtlc.co to verify their inclusion on our lists.
Important Notes:
- These peer groups are tailored to specific job titles, and we highly recommend that only CXOs attend. In certain instances, CXOs may delegate their attendance to direct reports, but please contact the program leader for approval.
- These programs take place in-person at member company offices, making participation limited to MA-based CXOs or those able to travel to MA.
- We offer two CEO peer groups, one for Private Equity Backed companies and the other for Small-Medium sized businesses (SMBs). For clarification on the appropriate CEO peer group, please contact MTLC CEO Sara Fraim at Sara@mtlc.co.
For inquiries about each peer group, please reach out to the following contacts:
- For CEO peer groups led by MTLC CEO Sara Fraim, contact Sara@mtlc.co.
